Grana Padano Cheese is a quality cheese typical of the Po Valley, famous all over the world. Produced from partially skimmed cow’s milk, it is a semi-fat, hard, white or straw-coloured cheese that can be appreciated for its delicate and scented taste. It is the result of a centuries-old tradition, when it was first made by the Lombardian monks in the 12th century. The minimum maturity is 11 months and only wheels of cheese passing the Consortium’s stringent inspection process carry the Grana Padano seal, ensuring they are of the highest quality.

Serve grated over pastas and other entrees, as an hors d’oeuvre with an aged balsamic vinegar and fresh bread, or as part of a dessert plate with nuts, grapes and figs.
