Baked Tre Stelle® Asiago Dip

Makes 3 cups.
3/4 cup | 175 mL mayonnaise 3/4 cup | 175 mL sour cream 1 1/2 cups | 375 mL Tre Stelle® Asiago Shredded Cheese 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tsp | 10 mL anchovy paste 1/2 cup | 125 mL Vidalia onion, shredded 2 tbsp | 25 mL Tre Stelle® Romano Grated Cheese
Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). In a medium bowl combine first 6 ingredients and pour into an ovenproof dish coated with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with Romano cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
