Ingredients:

1 tub 400 g Tre Stelle® Feta Cheese, crumbled 2 roasted red peppers, peeled 3 tbsp | 45 mL olive oil 1 medium garlic clove, minced 1 tbsp | 15 mL fresh mint, finely chopped 1/2 tsp | 2 mL red pepper flakes

Instructions:

In a food processor, combine the Feta Cheese, roasted red peppers, olive oil, garlic, mint and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes; process until smooth. Taste and add more red pepper flakes if needed. Transfer to a serving bowl.
