Grilled Pork Chops with Apple and Feta
Make it Stuffed! Butterfly a large pork tenderloin so it lays flat. Stuff, close, and tie with kitchen string. Grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF (63ºC). Let rest for 10 minutes, remove string, slice, and serve.Prep Time:

2 tbsp butter 1 large shallot, peeled and finely diced 1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped 1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4" cubes 3/4 cup Tre Stelle® Feta, crumbled 4 bone-in pork chops salt and freshly ground black pepper 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Melt butter in a medium skillet; add shallots and cook until shallots begin to soften. Add sage and apples; cook until apples begin to soften. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Stir in Tre Stelle® Feta Cheese. Set aside or cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Spread Dijon mustard on both sides of the pork chops; season with salt and pepper. Preheat indoor or outdoor grill to medium-high and cook pork chops until they reach an internal temp of 145ºF (63ºC). Carefully top each with a spoon full of Tre Stelle® Feta mixture; cover until cheese begins to melt.
