Grilled Tikka Paneer

Ingredients:

1 pkg Tre Stelle® Paneer Cheese, cut into 1” cubes Marinade 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt 4 tbsp Tikka Curry Paste 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 clove garlic, minced 1 red pepper, cut into 1” cubes 1 red onion, cut into 1” chunks 1 medium zucchini, cut into thin slices with a vegetable peeler 6 wooden skewers Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro, lime wedges and serve with cilantro infused basmati rice. (optional)

Instructions:

In a medium bowl combine marinade ingredients; add Paneer cubes, stir, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Spray a grill skillet or grill with cooking spray or preheat your grill. Remove Paneer from the refrigerator and skewer evenly with the vegetables. Grill until vegetables soften slightly. Top with cilantro and serve with a lime wedge and basmati rice (optional).
