Marinated Tre Stelle® Mozzarella

The awesomeness of this recipe is that you can serve it as an appetizer and save any left-overs to top a salad or bake onto a pizza!

Ingredients:

1 ball | 340 g Tre Stelle® Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 3/4” cubes 1 tbsp | 15 mL Italian parsley, finely chopped 2 tbsp | 30 mL fresh basil, finely chopped 1 small clove garlic, minced 1 tsp | 5 mL red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp | 2 mL salt 1/2 tsp | 2 mL black pepper 1 tbsp | 15 mL grated lemon rind 2 tbsp | 30 mL lemon juice 1/2 cup | 125 mL olive oil

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl, cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator overnight or up to 2 days. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
