Tre Stelle® Bocconcini Grilled Peach and Prosciutto Crostini
Tre Stelle® Ricotta is an excellent substitute for the Bocconcini in this recipe!Prep Time:

1 large fresh peach cut into eights 8 – 1/4” slices baguette, toasted 4 slices prosciutto, cut in halves vertically 1 tub 200 g Tre Stelle® Bocconcini Medallions, drained 3 tbsp | 45 mL honey 16 fresh mint leaves freshly ground black pepper
Heat indoor grill or bbq over high heat. Grill peach slices on each side until grill marks appear. Remove from bbq and set aside. Place prosciutto onto each baguette slice; top with two Bocconcini Cheese Medallions and a peach slice. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with fresh mint leaves and fresh ground pepper. Serve immediately.
