Apple 'n' Cheddar Sandwiches
1/4 cup (50 mL) yogurt
2 tsp (10 mL) honey
8 slices raisin bread or 4 raisin bagels, halved
8 oz (250 g) Tre Stelle® Marble cheese, thinly sliced
1 large apple, cored, thinly sliced
Mix together yogurt and honey. Spread yogourt mixture over one side of each bread slice. Layer lettuce, Tre Stelle® Marble cheese and apple slices on half the bread slices.
Top with remaining bread slices and cut sandwiches in half to serve. Makes 4 servings.
