1 – 411 g package frozen puff pastry dough, defrosted
1 – 65 g package ready cooked bacon, sliced into small pieces
1 cup (250 mL) frozen hash brown
1/2 cup (125 mL) chili sauce or ketchup
2 tbsp (25 mL) cream
1 tsp (5 mL) butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Tre Stelle® Mozzarella Ball, shredded
Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC)
Spray a 9" x 12" cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Remove puff pastry dough from package and press to fit pan pressing edges to form a raised rim.
In a medium bowl whisk eggs together with cream, melted butter and mozzarella cheese, add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread chili sauce or ketchup on dough avoiding edges. Cover dough with crumbled bacon and hash browns, top with egg/cheese mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, slice and serve.
