Bocconcini and Asparagus Pizza

Ingredients

1 pizza crust
1 cup (250 mL) pizza sauce
1/2 cup (125 mL)sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped green onions
4 to 6 Tre StelleŽ Bocconcini cheese, halved
8 whole asparagus, cooked
Olive Oil
Oregano
Pepper

Method

Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).

Place pizza crust
on buttered pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust. Top with mushrooms and shallots. Place the 8 to 12 Tre Stelle Bocconcini cheese halves on pizza.
Arrange asparagus on pizza in a symmetrical pattern. Sprinkle with Olive Oil; season with oregano and pepper. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Makes
one 15 inch (37.5 cm) pizza.
