Spinach & Garlic Ricotta Dip

Ingredients

2 tubs (275 g each) Tre Stelle® Extra Smooth Ricotta Cheese
1 cup (250 mL) Tre Stelle® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese*
½ cup (125 mL) creamy Caesar salad dressing
1 jar artichoke hearts in oil, drained and chopped roughly
1/2 cup (125 mL) Tre Stelle® Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method

Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC)
In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta, Mozzarella, Caesar dressing and artichoke hearts.
Pour into a 4 cup baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Cover dish and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly, melted and begins to brown.
*For a spicier version substitute ¾ cup Rosenborg® Crumbled Blue Cheese for Mozzarella if desired
