Angie is a small town girl and comes to us from Fort St. John, BC where she lives with her husband, two kids and dog. She spends her spare time working on her blog, Friday is Cake Night making easy recipes that everyone can enjoy.

A typical Friday night for her family involves cozying up on the couch with a movie and of course dessert. Working full time, school and activities leave her family ready for relaxing once the weekend hits. Angie and her family spend as much time camping and enjoying the outdoors as much as the northern weather allows. When she’s not in the kitchen, you can find her traveling all over every chance she gets.

Whether it’s right in her province of British Columbia or to favorites like Las Vegas and Mexico. The focus of the trip is always to find the best food available.

Angie’s Favourites

Cooking Ingredient: Cheese
Meal: Pizza night with the family
Course: Dessert, chocolate is always preferred!
Kitchen Tool: Kitchenaid Stand Mixer
Restaurant: Gordon Ramsay Steak
Foodie City: Las Vegas
