Chef Mary has been developing unique recipes for the Tre Stelle Test Kitchen for over 12 years; many originally inspired by her Sicilian heritage.

Mary is an avid traveler, professional graphic designer and food stylist. Her love of food and travel enables her to infuse traditional dishes with highly original, internationally-inspired ingredients. Mary’s recipes, many featuring a wide array of cheeses, have been the cornerstone of Melt Magazine since its inception. Fans of Mary’s recipes now number in the tens of thousands with many of her recipes now being shared by multiple generations of “food and cheese lovers.”
