Banana Cheesecake Pudding in a Jar

1 pkg | 105 g Banana Cream Instant Pudding 1 1/3 cups | 330 mL milk 1 cup | 240 g Tre Stelle® Mascarpone 1 – 475 mL carton whipping cream, whipped and divided 1 cup vanilla wafers, broken into large pieces 1 banana, peeled and sliced 4 – 16 oz mason jars
In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and milk. Set aside for about 5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the Mascarpone and pudding until combined. Gently fold in half of the whipping cream. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. When ready to serve, layer your jars equally with vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and banana filling, topping with remaining whipping cream. Top with crumbled vanilla cookies and serve.
