Tre Stelle® Extra Creamy Ricotta Cheese 1 lb bowtie pasta noodles 1 tbsp olive oil 2-3 cups pasta sauce, homemade or store-bought 2 tbsp Tre Stelle® Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese Salt and freshly ground black pepper Fresh basil (optional)


1. Cook pasta in well salted water until al dente, drain 2. In a large non-stick skillet add olive oil over medium heat 3. Add pasta and pour in pasta sauce, stir until well coated 4. Transfer pasta to a serving platter and dot top with spoonsful of ricotta cheese 5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Parmesan or Romano Cheese 6. Top with fresh basil (optional)
