Tre Stelle® Feta, Olive and Watermelon Skewers

Makes 18 skewers
1/4 cup | 60 mL fresh mixed herbs, minced (mint, basil and parsley) 4 tbsp | 45 mL olive oil 18 – 1” cubes seedless watermelon 18 – 1” cubes Tre Stelle® Feta Cheese 18 kalamata olives, pitted 18 fresh mint leaves 18 wooden skewers fleur de sel for garnish (optional)
In a small bowl, combine fresh mixed herbs and olive oil; set aside. Starting with watermelon, carefully thread each piece of watermelon, Feta Cheese, mint and kalamata olive onto each skewer. Place decoratively on a serving platter and drizzle olive oil/herb mixture; top with fleur de sel if desired. Serve immediately.
