Grilled Ricotta Cheese Dip

1 tub Tre Stelle® Ricotta Cheese, Extra Smooth or Traditional 1/4 cup Tre Stelle® Grated Parmesan Cheese 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1 tbsp freshly grated lemon zest pinch red pepper flakes 3 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 - 6 cup muffin pan, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray paper muffin liners or parchment paper serve with fresh vegetable sticks, bread sticks or crackers for dipping
Preheat oven to 425ºF (220ºC) or set your outdoor or indoor grill to medium. Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl. With a spoon; fill 3 of the 6 muffin cup cavities with Ricotta mixture. Cook on grill for 15 minutes or until mixture begins to puff up and look slightly golden. Remove from heat and set aside for 10 minutes. Place fresh vegetables, bread sticks and crackers in the remaining muffin tin cavities and serve.
