Tre Stelle® Mozzarella, Tuna and Arugula Grilled Sandwiches
An Italian-style take on a tuna melt – for added zing, add a few chopped capers to the filling before grilling.Prep Time:

Makes 2 sandwiches
1 can tuna, packed in oil, drained 1 cup | 250 mL fresh arugula or baby spinach 4 slices Tre Stelle® Sliced Mozzarella 1/2 fresh lemon salt and pepper to taste 1/3 cup | 75 mL butter 4 slices Italian style sliced bread
Season tuna with salt and pepper and the juice of a 1/2 lemon; set aside. Spread butter on each slice of bread. Top two slices with seasoned tuna and arugula and top each with 2 slices of Mozzarella. Place remaining buttered bread slices on top. Preheat a non-stick skillet or panini press until hot and grill until nicely browned. Cut in halves if desired and serve.
