Pecan Crusted Tre Stelle® Herbs & Spices Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

1 tbsp butter Pecan halves 1 tbsp brown sugar 7 ounces Tre Stelle® Herbs & Spices Cream Cheese Spread 1 slice Tre Stelle® Medium Cheddar sliced cheese

Instructions:

Caramelize pecans: Melt butter in small frying pan over low heat. Add pecans and brown sugar. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly until caramelized. In a large bowl, add Tre Stelle® Herbs & Spices Cream Cheese. Form into a football shape. Smooth top and layer with caramelized pecans. Top the dip with cheddar "laces" for the football and serve with crackers.
