Pizza Dog with Bocconcini & Parmesan

Ingredients:
6 hot dogs 6 hot dog buns 2 tbsp | 30 mL olive oil 1/4 cup |60 mL Tre Stelle® Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 can |213 mL pizza sauce 1 tub |200 g Tre Stelle® mini mini Bocconcini, drained 5 slices pancetta, cooked until crisp and broken into pieces
Instructions:
Grill or sauté hot dogs to desired doneness. Preheat oven to broil. Split hot dog buns keeping 1 side attached; brush with olive oil and sprinkle equally with Parmesan Cheese, place on a baking sheet and broil until golden. Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce evenly onto bottom of bun; place hot dogs in buns and top equally with 6 mini mini Bocconcini Cheeses each. Return to broiler to melt cheese. Remove from oven and sprinkle with pancetta pieces. Drizzle with any remaining pizza sauce if desired.
