Ingredients:

2 sheets Puff pastry (store-bought) 1 (350g-pack) Tre Stelle ® Paneer, diced 2 Whole eggs + 2 yolks 1 stick Garlic butter, melted 2 tbsp. Fresh herbs, chopped (e.g. parsley, oregano, thyme) 2 tbsp. Flour  3 tbsp. Milk  Salt & pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Remove puff pastry from freezer and allow to thaw to room temperature (about 30 mins). In a medium bowl mix together the paneer, herbs, whole eggs, milk, and melted butter and stir until well mixed. Add the flour and seasonings and stir together. Position the puff pastry sheets on a flat working surface and cut into two-inch squares. Spoon a small amount of mixtures (about 1-2 tbsp.) into the center of half of the squares ensuring you have an equal number of squares without filling. After the cheese filling is distributed, cover with the unfilled squares and use your fingers to press the the sides together to form a sealed pouch. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 2 egg yolks and brush the top of the cheese pockets. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden. Serve immediately with chili jam.
