Tre Stelle® Bocconcini Spaghetti Meatballs on a Stick
Serve on shaved Tre Stelle® Parmesan Cheese shavings.Prep Time:

1/2 box angel hair pasta 1 tbsp | 15 mL olive oil salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 tbsp | 15 mL fresh basil, finely chopped 24 pre-made meatballs or your favourite meatball recipe 24 fresh basil leaves 1 tub | 200 g Tre Stelle® mini mini Bocconcini, drained 2 cups | 500 mL pre-made pasta sauce
Cook pasta to al dente according to package directions. Drain and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh basil, stir and set aside. Meanwhile cook meatballs according to package directions. Assembly: Working with 3-4 strands, twirl pasta around a skewer or cocktail fork. Stick each completed skewer into a meatball. Top with a basil leaf and a mini mini Bocconcini Cheese ball. Repeat until all meatballs are skewered. Place on a large serving platter and serve with heated pasta sauce for dipping. Makes 24.
