Tre Stelle® Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie
A great source of protein, this smoothie makes an easy breakfast or post-workout snack. Add variety by changing up the fruits.Prep Time:

Makes 2 smoothies
4 kiwi, peeled and chopped 4 large strawberries, chopped 1 banana, sliced and frozen 1/2 cup | 125 mL Tre Stelle® Light Ricotta Cheese 2 tbsp | 30 mL agave nectar or honey 3/4 cup | 175 mL milk Kiwi or strawberry slices for garnish (optional)
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth and frothy. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with a kiwi or strawberry slice if desired.
