Tre Stelle® Tiramisu for Two!

Makes 2 servings.
¾ cup | 175 mL whipping cream 3 tbsp | 45 mL granulated sugar 1 tsp| 5 mL pure vanilla extract ¼ cup | 60 mL strong coffee or espresso, cooled 3 tbsp | 45 mL coffee liqueur ½ 275 g tub Tre Stelle® Mascarpone 8 lady fingers (Italian Savoiardi biscuits), broken in halves cocoa powder and chocolate shavings for garnish
Add whipping cream, sugar and vanilla extract to a medium bowl and whip until thick. Add the Mascarpone and beat until incorporated. Set aside; or refrigerate until ready to use. In a small bowl combine the coffee with the coffee liqueur. In two martini or parfait glasses (or alternatively use dessert bowls), place four lady finger halves into the bottom of each. Drizzle ¼ of the coffee mixture on top of the lady fingers in each glass. Spoon ¼ of the Mascarpone mixture on top and repeat with remaining ladyfingers ending with Mascarpone mixture on top.
