Tre Stelle® Feta Greek Salad
This beautiful, bold traditional Greek salad is best made with the freshest ingredients available, and remember the no-lettuce rule – this makes it authentic.Prep Time:

1 seedless cucumber 5 tomatoes 1/2 red onion, chopped 1/2 cup olive oil 2 tbsp lemon juice or red wine vinegar 1/4 tsp | 1 mL salt 1/4 tsp | 1 mL coarsly ground black pepper 1 pkg | 200 g Tre Stelle® Crumbled Feta Cheese 2 tsp | 10 mL dried oregano leaves 1 cup | 250 mL black olives
Peel cucumbers and cut into 3/4 inch (2 cm) chunks. Combine with tomatoes cut into similar size pieces and chopped onion. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, whisk until blended. Pour over vegetables; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese, oregano, and olives.
