Tre Stelle® Original Cream Cheese Sun Dried Tomato Creamy Pasta
This creamy, Italian inspired pasta made with Tre Stelle® Original Cream Cheese is simple yet so flavourful. Quick and easy to make, it's perfect for any night of the week!Prep Time:

8 ounces Fettuccine Pasta 4 tbsp Olive Oil, divided ½ cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth 4 ounces (110g) TreStelle® Original Cream Cheese ¼ cup Sour Cream 4 cloves Garlic, minced ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes ½ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (in oil), chopped Salt and Pepper to taste ¼ cup Basil Fresh, chopped
Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain pasta and set aside. As the pasta cooks, mince the garlic, chop the sun-dried tomatoes, chop the basil. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add to the skillet: Tre Stelle® Cream Cheese, sour cream, ½ cup of your choice of broth, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Stir the sauce until the Tre Stelle? Cream Cheese is melted and creamy. Next, add the sun-dried tomatoes, along with salt and pepper to taste. Incorporate the pasta to the sauce in the skillet and drizzle with another 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir to combine. Add the chopped basil, stir and serve.
