Warm Spinach Artichoke Dip Using Tre Stelle® Lactose-Free Cream Cheese
A warm, crowd-pleasing appetizer that is simple to prepare, using Tre Stelle® Lactose-Free Cream Cheese. This baked Spinach Artichoke dip is rich and creamy while also being low in lactose using Tre Stelle® Lactose-Free Cream Cheese, and cheeses that are naturally low in lactose.Prep Time:

2 200g packages (7oz) of TreStelle® Lactose-Free Cream Cheese, softened ¼ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grates ¼ cup Romano cheese. grates 1 clove garlic, minced ½ teaspoon dried basil ¼ teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped ½ cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine together Tre Stelle? lactose-free cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, minced garlic, dried basil, garlic powder until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Next gently stir in the drained artichoke hearts and spinach. Add the mixture to the greased baking dish, generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 20- 25 minutes or until bubbling/ lightly browned.
