Whipped Ricotta & Grilled Fruit

Whipped Ricotta: 1 tub Tre Stelle® Extra Smooth Ricotta Cheese ¼ cup whipping cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp honey 2-3 peaches, plums, nectarines or pears cut into halves & cored, pits removed melted butter to brush on fruit before grilling Garnish: toasted almond slices or granola and extra honey if desired
Place Ricotta, whipping cream, vanilla extract and honey into a medium bowl and whip with a hand or stand mixer until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Heat grill or grill pan to medium high. Lightly coat the cut sides of fruit with melted butter. Place fruit flesh side down onto grill and cook for 10 minutes; remove from grill. Divide Ricotta mixture equally between 4 dishes; top with a grilled fruit halve. Top with roasted almonds, granola and extra honey if desired.
