Instructions
Preparation: Cut the Tre Stelle® Paneer Cheese into 1” cubes. Mince the garlic clove. Cut the red pepper into 1” cubes. Cut the red onion into 1” chunks. Use a vegetable peeler to cut the medium zucchini into thin slices.
In a medium bowl combine marinade ingredients; add Tre Stelle® Paneer Cheese cubes, stir, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Spray a grill skillet or grill with cooking spray or preheat your grill.
Remove Paneer from the refrigerator and skewer evenly with the vegetables.
Grill until vegetables soften slightly.
Top with cilantro and serve with a lime wedge and basmati rice (optional).
Serve and enjoy!
