Paneer Sliders with Avocado Mint Salsa

Instructions
Preparation: Cut the Tre Stelle® Paneer Cheese into 8 slices, each 1/2” thick. Peel and roughly mash the avocado. Finely chop the medium tomato. Finely slice the spring onion. Finely chop the fresh mint. Toast the slider buns.
Place Tre Stelle® Paneer Cheese in a medium bowl and drizzle with oil to coat evenly.
In a large non-stick skillet on medium heat, sauté Tre Stelle® Paneer Cheese until golden all all sides; remove from heat.
Place 1 slice of Tre Stelle® Paneer Cheese onto each toasted bun, top with teaspoonful of salsa; secure with toothpick if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
