#trestellekitchenhack: Add to sweet potato fries for a southwestern-style poutine – don’t forget adding some shredded cheese and chopped fresh jalapenos!
Instructions
Preparation: Cut the Tre Stelle® Paneer Cheese into ½” cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Peel and cut the carrots into ¼” cubes. Cut the celery stalk into ¼” cubes. Peel and cut the sweet potato into ¼” cubes. Cut the red peppers into ¼” cubes. Rinse and drain the black beans.
Add olive oil to a large saucepan over medium-high heat: sauté onion, garlic, carrot, celery, sweet potato and red peppers until vegetables begin to soften; approximately 10 minutes.
Add Tre Stelle® Paneer Cheese and continue to sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, black beans, chili powder, cumin and water; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
Serve and enjoy!
