1 piecrust (store bought or make your favourite recipe) 5-6 medium sized apples ½ cup granulated sugar (use a bit more if your apples are really tart) 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp melted butter 1 tbsp. granulated sugar 1/3 cup crumbled Tre Stelle Feta cheese 1 tbsp. caramel sauce


Preheat oven to 350º F. Peel, core and slice apples. Place into large bowl. In small bowl mix together sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Toss together with apples. Stir in vanilla and toss to combine. Place piecrust on parchment line baking sheet. Pile with apples leaving about 2 inch border. Fold the border up over the apples. Brush the crust with melted butter. Sprinkle crust edges and apples with granulated sugar. Bake galette for 30 – 40 minutes until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Sprinkle with crumbled Tre Stelle Feta cheese. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
