Chocolate and Strawberry Grilled Hamburger Buns

1 cup | 250 g Tre Stelle® Extra Smooth Ricotta Cheese 1 tsp | 5 mL vanilla extract 1 tbsp | 15 mL honey 1 tbsp | 15 mL granulated sugar 1 tsp | 5 mL ground cinnamon 3 hamburger buns 1/4 cup | 60 mL butter, melted 1 cup | 250 g pure chocolate chips or a good quality chocolate bar broken into 1/2” pieces 1 cup | 250 g fresh strawberries, sliced
In a medium bowl combine Ricotta Cheese, vanilla and honey; stir to combine, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. In another medium bowl combine sugar and cinnamon, stir and set aside. Preheat bbq or indoor grill to medium high. Brush both sides of hamburger buns with melted butter. Place on grill and toast each side until grill marks appear; approximately 2 minutes per side. Immediately dip grilled buns in cinnamon sugar mixture. Shake to remove excess. Top with equal amounts of Ricotta Cheese, chocolate and strawberries. Place back on the grill and cover lightly with aluminum foil. Continue to cook just until chocolate begins to melt.
