Kiwi, Blueberry and Tre Stelle® Feta Bruschetta
Thanks to our blogger, this recipe packs the gentle flavours of kiwi, blueberries and honey with the sharp and subtle contrast of feta cheese.Prep Time:

Makes 24 pieces
1 baguette, cut into 24 - ½” diagonal slices 4 kiwis (green or golden), peeled and cut into 1/4 cubes 1/2 cup | 125 mL fresh blueberries, cut in halves 1/2 cup | 75 g Tre Stelle® Feta, crumbled 1 tsp | 5 mL lime juice 1/4 tsp | 1 mL lime zest 3 tbsp | 45 mL olive oil 2 tbsp | 30 mL honey
Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). In a medium bowl, combine kiwi, blueberries, Feta Cheese, lime zest and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 5 minutes or until they are crisp and lightly golden. Remove from oven and brush tops with olive oil. Top with kiwi, blueberry Feta Cheese mixture and drizzle lightly with honey. Serve immediately.
