Tre Stelle® Lasagna Cupcakes

Makes 12 cupcakes
3/4 lb extra lean ground beef 1 tsp | 5 mL Italian seasoning 1 clove garlic, minced salt and black pepper to taste 36 wonton wrappers 1/3 cup | 75 mL Tre Stelle® Grana Padano Cheese 1/2 cup | 125 mL Tre Stelle® Extra Smooth Ricotta Cheese 1/2 cup | 125 mL Tre Stelle®Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1 cup | 250 mL pasta sauce additional Tre Stelle® Grana Padano Cheese for tops before baking small basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC). In a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt and black pepper. Cook until beef is cooked through and any liquid it produces evaporates. Remove from heat and set aside. Spray a cupcake tin with cooking spray. Line each cupcake mold with a wonton wrapper and press gently to fit. Sprinkle each with a little of Grana Padano, Ricotta and Mozzarella Cheeses. Top with a little ground beef and pasta sauce. (Use about a 1/2 teaspoon of all ingredients per layer). Repeat layers (3 per mold) ending with pasta sauce. Sprinkle the tops of each with additional Grana Padano Cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Run a knife around the edges and remove from the pan, garnish with basil and serve.
