Tre Stelle® Orange Cannoli
Chocolate and orange are perfect partners in this twist on the classic Sicilian cannoli.Prep Time:

Makes 8 cannoli
1 tub | 475 g Tre Stelle® Extra Smooth Ricotta Cheese 1/4 cup | 50 mL confectioners sugar 1/4 cup | 50 mL mini dark chocolate chips 3 tbsp | 45 mL freshly grated orange rind 2 tbsp | 30 mL orange liquer (Grand Marnier, Triple Sec) 8 cannoli shells confectioners sugar for dusting if desired
Drain Ricotta Cheese to eliminate any excess liquid. In a small bowl combine all ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth. No later than an hour before serving, place filling in a Ziploc bag, cut corner off of bag and carefully fill each cannoli with Ricotta Cheese filling. Dust with confectioners sugar if desired and serve.
