Amaretto Spiked Tre Stelle® Mascarpone Gelato with Seasonal Fruit

Makes 4 servings
1 tub | 475 g Tre Stelle® Mascarpone 1 cup | 250 mL confectioners sugar 4 egg yolks, beaten 1/4 cup | 50 mL Amaretto liqueur | almond flavoured liqueur seasonal fruits as desired
In a medium bowl, using a wooden spoon, beat together all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a plastic bowl, cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer twenty minutes before serving and place in refrigerator to soften. Serve with your choice of seasonal fruits. Variation; add chopped toasted almonds or chocolate chips onto Gelato before serving.
