1/2 cup | 113 g Tre Stelle® Mascarpone 1 ball | 340 g Tre Stelle® Mozzarella, shredded 1/2 cup | 113 g Tre Stelle® Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/2 cup | 125 mL sour cream 1/2 cup | 125 mL sundried tomatoes, finely chopped salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 tsp | 5 mL olive oil 1/2 cup | 125 mL Italian-seasoned bread crumbs 1/3 cup | 80 mL dried oregano 1/3 cup | 80 mL pepper flakes 1 tsp | 5 mL freshly ground black pepper 1/3 cup | 80 mL pine nuts toasted and roughly chopped toasted baguette slices for serving
In a large bowl, combine together Mascarpone, Mozzarella, Parmesan, sour cream and sundried tomatoes. With a wooden spoon, or your hand, form the mixture into a log – approximately 8” long. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. In a medium non-stick skillet, add olive oil and bread crumbs. Cook over medium high heat until toasty and golden; remove from heat and set aside to cool. In a flat dish or pie plate, mix together the bread crumbs, oregano, red pepper flakes, black pepper and pine nuts. Remove cheese log from refrigerator; roll into the spice seasoning mix till completely covered, pressing gently. Place on serving plate and serve with toasted baguette slices.
