Paneer Slider – Italian-style

1 pkg Tre Stelle® Paneer cut into 8 - 1/2” thick slices 2 tbsp olive oil 3/4 cup panko crumbs 1 tbsp Tre Stelle® Parmesan Cheese 1 tsp smoked paprika pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 egg, beaten 1 cup prepared pasta sauce 8 Parmesan crisps or freshly shaved pieces of Tre Stelle® Parmesan Cheese 8 slider buns, toasted
In a medium bowl combine panko, Parmesan, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Dip Paneer slices into beaten egg and then into panko crumbs. Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Paneer and cook on all sides until golden; set on a paper towel to drain. Assemble sliders starting with Paneer on the bottom, tomato sauce in the middle and top with a Parmesan crisp or fresh Parmesan; with toothpick if desired.
